My fiancé and I bought a house in Warsaw, NC 7 months ago and it was the best buying experience any one could have. Pearl West sold us our house and she was such a joy to work with. Any time that we wanted to look at the house, she was extremely flexible and always accommodated our requests as quickly as possible. She was very professional when we came to her about our current situations and any possible “road blocks” that could come up when we started to get into the financial aspect of buying the house. She listened to our concerns, thoughts and worries and she made us feel confident that she would do anything and everything to get us into the home. She went through every part of the contract so we were not misled, and she referred us to the best people to work with in regards to obtaining the loan, inspecting the house and having it appraised. If the opportunity comes up again, we will definitely work with Pearl West with any buying needs!

Can't say enough great things about Mrs.Pearl! She was there to help me find my perfect home when I returned to the area after college. This was no easy feat and we looked at more than 20 homes before finding mine. 5 years later when I got married, she was the first call we made when deciding to sell my husband's home in Sampson County. This was a speedy sale (less than 5 months on the market) with her helping us every step of the way. After this, we decided to keep our eyes open for a home closer to Clinton and she would call us periodically to tell us of new listings and would always accommodate around our schedules to show us a house. She gave honest opinions on properties and would voice any concerns (such as poor layout or quality of the structure). We finally came upon our forever home and once we put in an offer, she had our current house sold in less than a week! At times, the realtor that was representing the seller of our current home would drop the ball and she quickly made it her mission to resolve the problems herself so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Never once did we feel pressured to accept offers or to buy a home that was not right for us. I have talked to many people and no one can believe how easy it was for us to get in contact with our realtor any day of the week. We cannot recommend Mrs.Pearl and her team enough!
